Autumn Apple Sangria

1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds

4 Cinnamon Stick

1 bottle Dry White Wine

3 cup Apple Cider

1/4 cup Apricot Brandy

1 cup Soda Water

In a large pitcher, combine Apple (2), Pomegranate Seeds (1/2 cup), Cinnamon Stick (4), Dry White Wine (1 bottle), Apple Cider (3 cups), and Apricot Brandy (1/4 cup). If you have time, set the pitcher in the fridge for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.

Just before serving, add Soda Water (1 cup) to the pitcher. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick.
