Mediterranean Ground Beef Wrap with Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sa

For the Ground Beef

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp ground coriander (optional)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce

¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

⅓ cup Greek yogurt

1 ½ tbsp honey

½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1–2 tbsp warm water (to thin)

For the Wraps

4 large flour tortillas or flatbreads

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Optional Add-Ons

Sliced kalamata olives

Pickled red onions

Extra feta crumbles

Lemon wedges

Cook the Ground Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground beef, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, coriander, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Cook 6–8 minutes, breaking up the beef, until browned and fully cooked.

Drain excess fat if needed and set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Hot Honey Feta Sauce

In a bowl, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Blend or whisk until smooth and creamy.

Add warm water gradually until you reach a silky, drizzle-friendly consistency.

Assemble the Wraps

Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.

Spread a spoonful of hot honey feta sauce down the center.

Add ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

Drizzle additional sauce on top.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and any optional add-ons.

Fold & Serve

Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.

Slice in half if desired.

Serve immediately while warm.
