Bang Bang Chicken Thighs

Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Smoked paprika
Avocado oil
Sauce
1/2 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons Sriracha (adjust to taste)
Fresh parsley
Cooked rice for serving

Preheat oven to 375°.
Place chicken thighs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a drizzle of avocado oil. Mix well to coat evenly.
Lay chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
Brush sauce over the cooked chicken and return to the oven for about 5 minutes until the sauce becomes slightly tacky.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve over rice.
