Crispy Bread

配料

1/2 c pumpkin seeds

1/2 c flax seeds

1/4 c sesame seeds

2T chia seeds

1/3 c corn starch

3/4 c boiling water

3.5 T olive oil

步骤

Heat oven to 275 degrees

Mix all ingredients and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Add oil and let sit

Parchment paper on baking sheet

Dump bread mix into pan and oil hands.

Slowly compress mix into a square shape on pan. Don’t allow mix to break.

Cook 1.5 hours but flip pan around every 10 min.

Once cooled completely, gently take a bread knife and cut into slices.
