2 slices turkey or chicken breast (deli, or leftover roast)

Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber

1 tbsp hummus or Greek yoghurt spread

  1. Spread hummus on wrap

  3. Roll up and serve

Chicken and spinach are good mixed together.
