32g Protein One Pot Chicken Alfredo

1 table spoon olive oil

2 table spoon minced garlic (divided)

3 chicken breast

seasonings to taste; paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

2 cups chicken stock

1 cup heavy cream 1 cup water mixture

1/2 box barilla protein pasta

1/4 cup parm cheese

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

步骤

In a large pot or dutch oven over medium-high heat add oil and minced garlic. cook garlic until fragrant 2-3 mins then add your chicken.

Top your chicken with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cook 6-8 mins on each side until cooked through (depending on the thickness of your chicken I filet my breasts so they were thinner)

Once the chicken is cooked remove it from the pan, slice to your desired size and set aside for later use.

In the same pot add chicken stock, heavy cream mixture, last table spoon of garlic, pasta, and cook according to the pasta box directions.

Once the pasta is cooked add parm cheese, parsley and re add your sliced chicken combine and enjoy! You can top with parm cheese and red pepper flakes!
