Easy Hot Chocolate Tiramisu (no Egg) W/ Chocolate Crunch☕️🍫

1 ½ cup hot chocolate (3 Tbsp sugar, 1.5 cups milk of choice, 4 tbsp cocoa powder)

12 ounces good quality mascarpone cheese, from fridge

About half of the hot chocolate from above

1 ½ cup cold heavy whipping cream

1 can condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 package lady fingers

1 ½ cups marshmallows

Cocoa powder for dusting

For Chocolate Crunch Topping:

1 ½ cups cornflakes

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup Nutella (optional)

Add the heavy cream into the bowl on a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and whip until soft peaks. Then, add the condensed milk and vanilla. Continue to whisk for 30 seconds. Add the mascarpone cheese and continue to run the mixer on medium until the cream fluffs up and stiff peaks form. Do not overmix!

While the mixer is running, make your hot chocolate by warming up your milk of choice, adding sugar and cocoa powder until well combined. Set aside.

Grab an 9x9 baking dish or something similar. Dust the bottom of the pan with some cocoa powder. Quickly dip the ladyfinger into the prepared hot chocolate and place them in a single layer in the baking dish. Covering the bottom. Spread the prepared mascarpone mix on top of the ladyfingers using an offset spatula. Dust the top with cocoa powder and add your marshmallows in an even layer. Add a second layer of ladyfingers dipped in hot chocolate. Spread the remaining mascarpone mix. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Make the Chocolate Crunch by heating up heavy cream in small pot over medium heat until it simmers. Take off the heat and add the Nutella and and chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is melted. Wait about 15 mins then add the cornflakes and mix well.

Take the tiramisu out of the fridge and pour the chocolate cornflake mix on top spreading evenly. Serve and Devour!
