1 1 /2 c sugar

1/2 cup cocoa (scant)

This can be used for all types of cream pies, banana, coconut or chocolate. For chocolate pie increase to:

1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup cocoa (scant)

备注

I usually use about 2 1/2 cups milk and 1/2 cup cream (or less). This gives you a richer creamier filling. Calories!!
