Buckeye cookies

配料

One box of chocolate cake mix

10 ounce jar of creamy peanut butter

4 ounces of vanilla frosting

Eight snack size Hershey bars

Applesauce

Preheat oven to 350. Pour cake mix in a bowl with a half cup of oil and a half a cup of applesauce. Stir until it forms a thick dough cover with plastic and refrigerate for an hour.

Wind chilled divide into eight pieces roll into balls and flatten on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely before adding toppings.

Mix together, peanut butter and frosting. Divide into eight pieces roll into a ball and press on the top of the chocolate cookie.

Melt chocolate and spoon on top of the peanut butter part of the cookie. Spread.

Chill in fridge. EAT!!!
