High Protein Hummus

15 oz can chickpeas

1 cup 2% cottage cheese

1/4 cup tahini

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

2 ice cubes

How to:

步骤

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.

Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and serve with sliced veggies, pretzels (I love @kindlingsnacks) or pita chips!
