This is my Healthy Nutella… and it’s been a total GAME-CHANGER for over a decade. 🍫✨

I eat this on repeat because it crushes my sugar cravings, boosts my energy, and helps me hit my fiber goals without the guilt. It tastes like dessert but fuels fat loss and hormone balance naturally. 🙌

Why This Works:

Chia Seeds are loaded with fiber and healthy fats that help balance blood sugar, reduce belly bloat, and keep you full for hours.

Dates are one of the best natural sweeteners—rich in fiber and allulose, which supports fat metabolism without spiking your blood sugar.

Cocoa Powder is packed with polyphenols that support fat burning, reduce inflammation, and give you a natural mood boost.

Here’s the Recipe:

Soak 1½ cups warm water, 4 Tbsp chia seeds, and 12 dates for 15 minutes

Add to a blender with 2 Tbsp organic cocoa powder

Blend for 30 seconds

Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, or overnight

How I Use It:

Stirred into my coffee ☕

Swirled on oatmeal

Blended into smoothies

Spread on a rice cake
