Yields: 4 bagels

Ingredients:

– 250g bread flour (or all-purpose)

– 20g baking powder

– Salt to taste

– 450g 0% Greek yoghurt

– Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water)

Instructions:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and yoghurt until dough forms.

2. Shape into 4 bagels.

3. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.

4. Bake at 180°C (fan) / 200°C (no fan) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
