Taco Pinwheels

1 lb ground beef from @k4gourmetbeef

1/2 sweet onion finely diced

1/2 red bell pepper finely diced

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 tablespoon @kaysbestspice Garlicky Seasoning

Mix together and spread thing on two 12” flour tortillas

Roll them up, cut and discard the end pieces. Cut into 1-2” pinwheels. Skewer them and baste them with @baconupbacongrease and minced garlic.

I put them on a baking sheet for easy clean up and to ensure good presentation. But you can go directly on the grill grates if you want.

Serve with your choice of dipping sauce, I choose jalapeno cilantro crème

Cilantro Jalapeño Crème:

1 cup yogurt

1 jalapeno

4 garlic cloves

1 bunch cilantro

1 lemon (juiced)

Pinch of salt
