2-3 mashed, overripe bananas

2 whole eggs

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup nuts (optional)

1/2 cup peanut butter

(Greek yogurt, maybe another egg)

Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour
