Here is what you need:
3 cups cottage cheese (higher fat = creamier texture)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon spirulina (optional, for color)
1 cup chocolate chips (or more!)
Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
步驟
Blend the cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, peppermint, and spirulina (if using) until completely smooth.
Pour into an airtight container and freeze for 1 hour.
Stir in the chocolate chips, cover, and freeze for another 3–5 hours.
Remove from the freezer and let thaw for 15–20 minutes.
Break it up with a spoon, mix well, then scoop and enjoy!
This is one of those desserts you’ll want to keep on repeat.

TIP: The best way to get that creamy texture is to use a Ninja Creami (linked in my LTK/bio)! Otherwise it’s best to make sure to let it thaw a bit and break it up with a spoon, then use an ice cream scoop.
