4 oz 96% lean ground beef (2 points)

1 tsp taco seasoning (or homemade mix – 0 points)

1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar (1–2 points)

3 eggs (0 points on most plans — or sub 2 eggs + 1 egg white if needed)

Dash of hot sauce (0 points)

1 tbsp fat-free sour cream (0 points)

Cooking spray or 1/2 tsp olive oil (0–1 point)

In a skillet, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning. Add a splash of water and let it simmer until thick.

In another pan, fry the eggs to your liking (or scramble if preferred).

Combine beef, eggs, cheese, and hot sauce in a bowl.

Top with a dollop of fat-free sour cream and mix it all together!

Optional Add-Ins (All Zero Points):

Diced tomatoes

Chopped green onions

Shredded lettuce

Sautéed peppers or onions
