Sweet Spice Mix

10 cardamom pods

6 cloves

1/2 nutmeg

1 tsp whole fennel seeds

2 tsp whole mahleb seeds

3 tsp ground ginger

4 tsp ground cinnamon

步驟

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Roast the cardamom pods, cloves and nutmeg on a baking tray for 5 minutes

Then add the fennel and mahleb seeds and roast for another 5 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before grinding and mixing with ginger and cinnamon

Use within 2 months for best flavor
