  • 15g (1 tbsp) hot coffee

  • 14g (1 tbsp) butter

  • 50g sweetener (Truvia)

  • 35g all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg - room temperature

  • 35g unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt
