Doritos Nachos

- One 11½-oz (325-g) bag Doritos, your favorite flavor
- About 3 cups (1.8 kg) shredded mixed cooked meat, such as pork and chicken
- About 2 cups (225 g) shredded Cheddar cheese (or Muenster or pepper Jack, whatever you have)
- ¼ cup (65 g) canned black beans (optional)
- Barbecue sauce, homemade or your favorite bottled
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, Sriracha sauce, Tabasco sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spread the chips on a 13-by-15-inch (33-by-38-cm) rimmed baking sheet in as even a layer as possible. Evenly distribute the shredded meat over the top. Top evenly with the cheese, putting a little extra directly on the pan around the perimeter of the chips. Sprinkle the beans (if using) over the top.
3. Bake until the cheese is melted and the nachos are crispy around the edges, about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with the barbecue sauce. Serve hot, with the toppings of your choice.
