Chopped Broccoli Salad

1 x broccoli head, chopped

½ red onion, chopped

2 - 3 spring onion chopped

1 bunch parsley, chopped

½ cup pumpkin seeds, toasted

½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

1/3 cup fried shallots

1/4 cup olive oil

1 lemon, juiced

½ cup greek yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp cumin
