Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

1 ½–2 lbs beef stew meat or sliced sirloin

1 small onion, diced

2–3 garlic cloves, minced

8 oz sliced mushrooms (optional but delicious)

1 packet onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup sour cream

12 oz egg noodles (cooked separately)

Optional: parsley, extra black pepper

步驟

Add beef, onion, garlic, and mushrooms (if using) to the Crockpot.

Stir in onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is very tender.

Stir in the sour cream at the end to make the sauce rich and silky.

Cook egg noodles separately according to package directions and drain.

Serve the creamy beef stroganoff over warm egg noodles.

Garnish with parsley or extra pepper.
