Super Tasty Carnitas Tacos

4 pounds skinless, boneless pork shoulder or butt

Seasoning: garlic powder; chili powder; oregano; ground cumin; salt; pepper

1 yellow onion (chopped)

1 orange (juiced) or juice

Toppings Tostada: black beans, guac (avocado, lime, red onions, cilantro); lettuce or sprouts; green salsa; cheese tilamook

Sautee: yellow onions

Season: oregano, cumin, garlic; black pepper, salt, and chili powder.

Add ingredients: orange juice

Crisp: Place pork on a baking sheet. Pour 1 cup of the reserved slow cooker liquid over the pork to keep it moist and tender. Then broil for 5 to 10 minutes or until the meat becomes golden browned and crispy on the edges.

Tostada: black beans (try Annie), cheese, lettuce or sprouts, green salsa, guac

Tacos: Serve with tortillas, red onion, cilantro, cheese, lime juice, guacamole.
