Goat Cheese Pizza with Arugula and White Sauce

1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Oil
2 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
4 Mushroom (omit for Kio)
1/4 Red Onion
5 Cherry Tomato
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 ounce Goat Cheese
2 cup Arugula
1 Fresh Pizza Dough
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
to taste Salt

In a small saucepan, heat Butter (1 Tbsp) and Oil (1 Tbsp), then add Garlic (2 cloves). Cook until garlic is light brown, then remove from heat and mix in Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup). Set aside.
In a saute pan, heat Oil (1 Tbsp), then place Mushroom (4) in pan in single layer. Sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and cook for 7 minutes, adding in the Red Onion (1/4) for the last 2 minutes. Drain well.
Brush Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) onto Fresh Pizza Dough (1) then spread on white sauce. Top with sauteed veggies and Cherry Tomato (5), followed by Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup) and Goat Cheese (2 oz).
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 475 degrees F (250 degrees C) on the lower rack.
Move to a higher rack and broil for 2 minutes.
Top with fresh Arugula (2 cups).
