Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Pork With Pears

1/4 cup honey mustard

1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2lb boneless pork loin

2 pears (peeled and thinly sliced)

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

步驟

1. Whisk together honey mustard, broth, salt, and pepper.

2. Place pork and pears into slow cooker. Pour honey mustard mixture over the top.

3. Cover and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

4. Remove pork from slow cooker, let rest for 10 minutes, then thinly slice.

5. Whisk together cornstarch and water.

6. Add cornstarch mixture to medium skillet. Add pears and liquid from crockpot. Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat while whisking.

7. Serve pork topped with pear sauce.
