3/4-inch thick steaks

Marinate steaks in Worcestershire sauce for at least an hour.

Dry off the steaks with a paper towel.

Cook steaks in Dome 2 in steak mode, with the grate removed and pre-heated. Oil both sides of the steak and cook for 12 minutes, flipping after 6 minutes.
