Coffee and Walnut Bread! Another Tasty Greek Yoghurt @cakeon

60g (3 heaped tbsp) self raising flour (or wholemeal or plain all purpose with 1/2 tsp baking powder)

50g (2 tbsp) greek or soya yoghurt

1 tsp instant coffee mixed with a tiny bit of boiling water

2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Mix everything in a bowl to make a soft and smooth dough ball. It should NOT be sticky. Add more flour if it is

Use your hands to shape the dough into a rectangular shape and use a knife to mark 4 deep slashes on top. (Optional - glaze top with egg wash)

Air fry on air fry or bake mode on 180C for 10mins (if using sr/ plain flour) or 15 mins (if using wholemeal flour) or oven bake for 25 mins

Gluten free - use gluten free self raising flour + 1/3 tsp xanthan gum
