Here’s exactly how to do it:

1️⃣ Take chicken breasts out and leave at room temp for 30 mins

2️⃣ Bring a saucepan of water to the boil

Add chicken and bring back to a gentle bubble (this takes a few seconds)

Put the lid on, turn off the heat.

Leave for 20 minutes
