Berries and Cream Parfait

Smoothie Base

1 serving vanilla protein powder

¼ cup (35 g) frozen strawberries

¼ cup (38 g) frozen blackberries

¼ cup (35 g) frozen raspberries

1 cup (192 g) frozen yellow squash

¾ сир (177 ml) unsweetened almond milk

Cream Layer

3 tablespoons (45 ml) heavy cream natural sugar substitute to taste dash vanilla extract

Berry Layer

¼ cup (36 g) fresh berries

For the smoothie base: Blend all ingredients until smooth. For the cream layer: Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix on high speed for about 1 minute until cream forms a medium-to-stiff peak. Make sure not to overmix. Layer smoothie base, cream, and berries to create the parfait.

筆記

NOTE Feel free to multiply the whipped cream when you make it;

just make sure to use only one serving at a time for a healthy portion size. For a dairy-free alternative, you can substitute coconut cream for the heavy cream.
