3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup melted butter

1 packet ranch seasoning mix, divided

1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

12 ounces sour cream

1 cup chopped pickles, such as Grillo's

2 tablespoons pickle juice

2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese

Fresh dill, chopped, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Mix together panko breadcrumbs, butter and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix from the packet in a bowl. Set aside.

In a second large bowl combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, remaining ranch seasoning packet, pickles, and pickle juice.

Spread chicken mixture evenly into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over chicken mixture and top with panko mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

Allow the dish to cool for 10 minutes before topping with fresh dill. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
