Calling All Coconut Cult Lovers

no fillers. no dairy. just real ingredients + live cultures that multiply with every batch (it’s basically the sourdough of yogurt). just like the original, start slow + eventually work up to 2 tbsp a day. it’s probiotic content is potent + not what you want to use to make a huge yogurt bowl.
you’ll need some of the original @The Coconut Cult to start off your first batch, but from there you’ll save a little of your homemade version + repeat forever.
what you’ll need for my strawberry version:
1 can coconut milk
1 can coconut cream
4 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut cult (any flavor)
12oz freeze dried strawberries

add your coconut cream, coconut milk, coconut sugar + freeze dried strawberries to a bowl + blend until smooth. transfer to a clean glass jar, add 1 tbsp of the original coconut cult as your probiotic ‘starter’ + cover with a towel or loose lid. let this sit at room temperature for 24 hours… you’ll see it’s starting to thicken. transfer to the fridge for another 10 hours + you will have your own homemade probiotic yogurt.
next time around follow the same recipe, but sub the tbsp of coconut cult for your own homemade yogurt.
