2lb fresh farm raised salmon
2.25 cup Nishiki rice (3-3.5 cups water)
Marukan rice vinegar (seasoned or unseasoned )
Sugar
Kikkoman soy sauce
Lee Kum kee sweet soy sauce!
Sambal oelek fresh chili paste
Siracha (used badia but try real huy fong)
Sesame oil
Hellmans Mayo
12oz Wel.pac sushi ginger
8oz Seaweed salad
Sesame seeds
4 Avocados
Not Used
Nori
Lee kum kee hoisin sauce
Mae ploy sweet chili sauce
San-j tamari

Rice (4 cup rice cooker)
thouroughly wash 2.25 cup of sushi rice
Add 3-3.5 cups of water
Add .25-.3 cups of rice vinegar
Add 1-2 tablespoon of sugar
Spicy Salmon
4 tbsp soy sauce (much less half?)
2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce (half?)
2 Tbsp Hellmans (more)
2 tbsp rice vinegar (half?)
1 tsp of sesame oil
Chili paste (1-2 tsp)
Sriracha (lots!)

PLATING
after plated Pour pickled ginger juice on the side to soak the rice
definitely either pour soy sauce on rice or bring a tiny jar to-go
Sweet soy/dipping sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp kikkoman soy
2 tbsp kikkoman tamari soy
A drop of oyster sauce?
Try adding buffalo and siracha to mayo
