1 lb pecans
1 Tbsp corn oil or peanut oil
Salt to taste

Put nuts in 325⁰ to 350⁰ oven and let heat for about 5 mins then turn oven off.
Add oil and salt and stir well.
Leave in oven about 35 mins stirring 3 times
