1 cup red cabbage, sliced

½ cup cucumber, sliced

¼ cup red onion, thin sliced

½ cup grated carrot

½ cup low-fat Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tbsp sesame oil

½ tbsp lime juice

Optional: coriander + black sesame seeds
