30 Lbs Salted Salmon

80 Lbs Tomatoes (finely chopped)

20 Yellow Onions (Finely Chopped)

10 bunches of green onions (finely Chopped)

Soak Salmon 2-3 hours, changing water several times to remove salt.

Shred into small pieces, removing any bones and white strings

Combine salmon with yellow onions and tomatoes.

Chill

Add green onions
