Bells 🔔 Hot Italian Sausage & Cheese Queso Dip w/a Spicy Cajun Flare. This stuff is liquid Gold y’all!

I normally add butter & beer 🍺 sautéed crawfish 🦞 tails but didn’t have any. Crawfish 🦞 tails are a magical ingredient if you have some, add them!

INGREDIENTS

- hot Italian sausage

- 32 ounce velveta

- 2 cups shredded cheddar

- 6 green onions, chopped

- 1 sweet Vidalia onion, chopped

- 1/4 cup red onions; chopped

- 2 Jalapeños; chopped

- 1/2 celery stalk; chopped

- hand full fresh cilantro, chopped

- large can of rotel

- large can fire roasted tomatoes

- 1 TB minced garlic

- 3 tsp cayenne pepper

- 2 tsp smoked paprika

- 2 tsp old bay seasoning

- 2 tsp onion powder

- 3/4’s TB cumin

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 1 TB chili powder

- pinch maldon sea salt flakes

- 2 tsp pepper

步驟

- sauté veggies, add salt & pepper

- add Italian sausage, cook on med high until browned

- add rotel, fire roasted tomatoes, and cilantro

- add all spices & herbs; simmer 20 minutes

- add cubes of velveta & cheddar in batches until fully melted and combined
