Black Bean Brownies 🍫🫘

These F*cked. I was shocked. Full vegetarian and tastes way better than they should. Better chilled from the fridge!

The recipe 👇

1 can black beans drained and rinsed well (400g can, about 240g drained, 8.5oz)

2 large eggs

2 bananas (200g, 7oz)

60g pure maple syrup (3 tbsp, 2oz)

60g chocolate protein powder (2 scoops, 2oz) I used @macr0mike Cocopops flavour

5g baking powder (1 tsp)

Pinch of salt

I used Monkfruit icing sugar instead of protein powder on top!

Optional

Chocolate chips on top to level them up

Just remember to account for the extra calories

步驟

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix really well with a fork

Add to a brownie tin

Bake at 180C or 355F for 15 minutes
