- 12 oz penne pasta

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 cup seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, etc.) -

1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - 2 tosp veg oil or butter - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp paprika - Salt and pepper, to taste - Fresh parsley, for garnish

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). - Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. - In a skillet, heat the veg oil or butter over medium heat and add the seafood mix; cook until just opaque. - In a large bowl, combine the cooked penne, seafood mix, heavy cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
