Sweet Potato Casserole

Filling:

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes

2 beaten eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 stick melted butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup granulated sugar

Topping:

1/3 stick of softened butter

1/2 cup flour

1 cup brown sugar

步驟

~Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

~Spray bottom of 8x8 pan with nonstick oil.

~ In a medium bowl combine ingredients for filling using electric mixer and pour into 8x8 pan.

~ In a separate bowl combine butter, flour, and brown sugar for topping and sprinkle/spread over potato mixture.

~ Bake x 30-45 min until topping bubbles.
