Chicken thigh 2 costco bags

1 Kabocha pumpkin

1 White onion

1.5 lb green beans 24 pieces?

water/chicken stock 1L

Sake 8 tbsp

Mirin 8 Tbsp

Soy sauce 8 Tbsp

Sugar 1 Tbsp

步驟

Cut chicken into chuncks and fry in a pan until browned.

Cut onion into slices, cut pumpin into chunks, cut green beans into pieces.

Using the same pot, stir fry onion first and then add pumpkins. Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar. Add chicken stock/water.

Bring to a boil and turn heat down to a simmer. Simmer until pumpkin is soft. Add green beans season to taste.
