Chicken Breast, 615g, 21.7oz

Olive Oil, 5g, 1 tsp, 0.18oz

Marinara Sauce, 100g, 3.5oz

Cottage Cheese, 90g, 3.2oz

Parmigiano Reggiano, 20g, 0.7oz

Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder

Oregano

Red Chilli Flakes

步驟

Butterfly the chicken breast and flatten to an even thickness. Tenderize with a rolling pin. Season generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder and bake in the oven at 220°C (425°F) for 15 minutes.

Top with marinara sauce, cottage cheese, parmesan, oregano and chilli flakes.

Transfer to the oven and bake until the cheese is golden.
