Roasted Potato & Broccoli

500g baby potatoes (cubed)⁣

160g broccoli florets⁣

2 garlic cloves (diced)⁣

½ onion (diced)⁣

25g melted butter⁣

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁣

2 sprigs rosemary⁣

A few sprigs thyme⁣

Salt & pepper to taste⁣

步驟

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).⁣

Spread potatoes & broccoli on a tray, season, add herbs, drizzle with butter & oil. Toss well.⁣

Roast for 10 mins.⁣

Add onion & garlic, toss again.⁣

Roast for another 15 mins until golden & cooked through.⁣

Ready in just 35 minutes—healthy, hearty, and delicious!⁣
