2 tablespoons pomegranate arils, plus more for garnish

1 1/2 ounces gin

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

6 mint leaves, plus more for garnish

6 tablespoons ginger beer

步驟

Place pomegranate arils in a cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. Add gin, lime juice, and mint. Fill shaker with ice; cover and shake vigorously until well chilled, 7 to 10 seconds.

Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass or copper mule mug; top with ginger beer. Garnish with additional pomegranate arils and fresh mint.
