BONEFISH GRILL FISH TACOS

1 pound flaky white fish, such as cat- fish or cod
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 recipe Bonefish Special Sauce
1 recipe Mango Salsa
10 to 12 corn tortillas
3 cups shredded slaw mix (red and green cabbage, carrots)
BONEFISH SPECIAL SAUCE
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup lowfat yogurt
½ cup light sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped or pressed
Salt to taste
MANGO SALSA
2 red, yellow, and/or orange bell pep- pers, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
3 just-ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped.
1 bunch cilantro, washed, dried, de- stemmed, and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

Combine fresh lime juice with the vegetable oil and soy sauce in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add the fish and turn to coat so pieces are covered in the marinade. Set aside and let marinate while you pre- pare the rest of the dish.
Remove fish from the marinade and grill or sauté over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Stack the tortillas on a plate and cover with a paper towel. Warm in the microwave at high power for 1 minute. To assemble tacos, place fish in a tortilla, and top with shredded slaw mix, Bonefish Spe- cial Sauce, and Mango Salsa.
Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, sour cream, lime juice, chipotle chili, and chopped garlic in a bowl. Season to taste with salt.
In a large bowl, toss together the peppers, onions, mangoes, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt.
