Garlic Peanut Butter Noodles

8 oz noodles of choice such as spaghetti (udon, or ramen)

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp light soy sauce

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tsp sugar

Sesame seeds

Chili flakes

步驟

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles until al dente.

Reserve a few tablespoons of hot noodle water before draining.

Stir together the peanut butter, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sugar until smooth.

Add the drained noodles directly into the bowl with the sauce.

Toss thoroughly until every strand is evenly coated.

Transfer to serving bowls while warm.
