Fennel Salad with Dill Dressing

1 medium fennel bulb
1 orange
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped dill greens (or fennel greens)
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
步驟
1. To make the orange fennel salad: Cut the fennel bulb in half, then make thin slices with a sharp knife. Roughly peel the orange and cut the supreme, removing the white pith. Cut the supremes into chunks. Arrange fennel and orange chunks in a large salad bowl.
2. Combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped dill in a mason jar or small bowl. Shake vigorously to emulsify the dressing.
3. Pour the dill dressing over the orange fennel salad, and toss to combine. Serve the orange fennel salad immediately, or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy! ❤️
