Healthy Homemade Magnum Ice Cream

Ingredients (Makes 4 bars):

2 ripe bananas (about 240 g / 8.5 oz)

150 g (½ cup) Greek yogurt

2 tbsp (30 g / 1 oz) peanut butter

60 ml (¼ cup) milk of choice

½ tsp vanilla extract

For the coating:

150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate (85% recommended)

30 g (¼ cup) chopped almonds

Add bananas, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–5 hours until fully firm.

Melt the dark chocolate gently and stir in chopped almonds.

Remove frozen bars from molds and dip each into the melted chocolate mixture. Let the coating set for a few seconds until hardened.

Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
