Homemade Chicken Broth

from a rotisserie chicken

Bones and Skin from 1 Rotisserie Chicken

Carrot, Onions, Garlic, Celery scraps

10-12 C water (enough to cover vegetables and bones)

1-2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Whole Peppercorns

步驟

Add to a pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low for at least 2 hours. Strain through a cheesecloth. Allow to cool. Refrigerate or Pressure Can.
