Crunchy Egg white Parmesan Crackers

Ingredients:

3 egg whites

3 Tbs grated Parmesan

Seasonings of choice (optional)

Directions: Whisk eggs whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in Parmesan gently. Spoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet and spread flat. Top with seasoning if desired.
