3 tbsp oil of choice
6 garlic cloves, chopped & minced
2-3 C Cabbage, thinly sliced
Half red onion, thinly sliced
Add more vegetables of choice and a protein!
You can do 1-2 C Shrimp or meat of choice
1/2 C Shredded Carrots
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 packets of Mama Sitas Pancit Bihon
4 c water
1-2 packs Excellent Rice Stick Pancit Bihon Rice Noodles or any thin rice noodles
1 lemon

Prep your Rice noodles as directed on packet.
Take out and soak into water until tender. Put aside until ready to use.
prep all veggies and chop
in a skillet, add the oil and garlic in first. Stir and let brown. Once brown, add in the rest of the veggies. Add Shrimp. Stir for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Once a little tender, and in the water and Soy Sauce. Add Pancit packets in next.
Slowly add in noodles, stir into mixture, and then add more noodles, and so on.
Once all noodles are in, stir and mix until noodles are tender.
Serve hot over rice and some soy sauce if needed, squeeze lemon juice on top
