Mango Lassi Popsicles

1 1/4 cup Milk Kefir
1 cup Mango
2 tablespoon Honey

Combine Milk Kefir (1 1/4 cups), Mango (1 cup) and Honey (2 Tbsp) in a blender until smooth.
Pour into molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.
Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
